Vibrant Spice Rub & Base 50g

Funky Elephant Vibrant Spice Rub and Base does exactly what it says. This spice blend can be rubbed into any meat, fish or vegetables with a little oil for an instant burst of flavour. Add to fried tomatoes and onions to form the base for a fragrant curry, alternatively try adding to Flour to create beautifully spiced bhajis, tempura or fritters. The blends are really versatile and easy to use.

INGREDIENTS: Coriander, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Fennel, Salt, Cardamom, Roasted Lemon Grass, Chives, Roasted Lemon Zest, Ground Cumin, Toasted Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Red Pepper.
